  • ALL GP Consultations booked online are now In-Clinic (face-to-face) Consultations.
  • If you wish to book a telehealth consultation please phone your nearest centre to make a booking.
  • This online booking system can only be used for existing patients of Eastbrooke Medical Centres
  • All bookings made online are for a standard (15 min) consultation only. If you require an appointment longer than 15 minutes (e.g. mental health plans, immunisations, dressings, injections, drivers licence or work medicals etc) please call and advise your chosen Eastbrooke Medical Centre and we will be happy to accommodate you
  • If you are not an existing Eastbrooke Patient, please phone your nearest centre to make a booking
